Melanie Thomson’s work is as good as it can get. Over the years she has typed my reports, and I do not have to proof them. She does an outstanding job at correcting grammatical errors, and uses the best syntax. There are never any spelling errors or typos. She has also transcribed recorded interviews, and will go to the extra effort to capture all of the information, even when the voices on the tape are hard to hear.
